Abstract:
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo avaliar a participação de empresas e investidores no mercado de capitais brasileiro de 2000 a 2015, analisando os possíveis motivos que levaram ao aumento ou diminuição da participação dos mesmos. Com a intenção de alcançar este objetivo, foi realizada uma descrição das características de um fenômeno, no caso, a exploração da participação de empresas e investidores no mercado de capitais no período analisado, pesquisando dados e variantes que expliquem essa evolução. Além disso foram feitas revisões sobre a literatura e dos componentes pertencentes a este mercado complexo. Para isso, a metodologia utilizada tem caráter analítico descritivo, que tem por objetivo descrever as características que expliquem um fenômeno. Para corroborar, também foi feita uma verificação bibliográfica, revisões sobre a literatura e dos componentes pertencentes a este mercado, utilizando para o estudo coletas de dados e informações em livros, revista e principalmente nos sites da Bovespa, Banco Central e CVM. E assim conseguindo alcançar os objetivos propostos neste trabalho. Como resultado observou-se que a evolução do mercado de capitais acompanha as altas e baixas da economia interna e externa, sendo que em momentos de oscilação ou crise, há reação por parte de empresas e investidores.
This study aims a check of the participation of companies and investors in the Brazilian capital market from 2000 to 2015, analyzing the possible reasons that led to the increase or decrease in participation. In order to achieve this, a description of the characteristics of a phenomenon was held in the case, exploring the participation of companies and investors in the capital market during the period analyzed, searching data and variants that explain this evolution. Also were made reviews of the literature and components belonging to this complex market. For this, the methodology used is descriptive analytical character, which aims to describe the characteristics that explain a phenomenon. To support, it was also made a bibliographic verification, review of the literature and reviews of components belonging to this complex market, using to the study, data collection and information, books, magazines and especially the sites of Bovespa, Central Bank and CVM. And thus managing to reach the objectives proposed in this study. As a result it was observed that the evolution of the capital market follows the ups and downs of internal and external economy, and in oscillation times or crisis, no reaction by companies and investors.
