Abstract:
A presente pesquisa irá abordar o agente nocivo da Penosidade no ambiente de trabalho
bancário após o mesmo ser reestruturado, bem como, como ele se apresenta, se caracteriza e
influencia no cotidiano dos bancários. Destarte, a problemática da não regulamentação do
adicional penosidade, visto que a Constituição Federal em seu dispositivo no art. 7, XXIII,
aduz o tema, mas não há legislação infraconstitucional que lhe dê a devida aplicação. Além
disso, pesquisas bibliográficas e analise de pesquisa de campo que argumentaram sobre o
sofrimento invisível do trabalhador bancário na contemporaneidade e as consequências
negativas que abarcam a vida pessoal e profissional do trabalhador no setor bancário.
This research will address the harmful agent of painfulness in the banking workplace after the
restructuring of banking work, and, as it stands , is characterized and influences in everyday
banking. Thus, the issue of deregulation of additional painfulness, as the Federal Constitution
on your device in art. 7, XXIII, adds the subject, but there is no infra-constitutional legislation
that will give you the appropriate application. In addition, library research and field research
analysis that argued about the invisible suffering of bank worker in the contemporary and the
negative consequences that include personal and professional life of workers in the banking
sector.
