Bebetecas e leitura na primeira infância:um nicho de atuação para os bibliotecários

Abstract

A pesquisa trata-se de um estudo bibliográfico de cunho quali-quantitativo a qual buscou analisar as produções, nas áreas de Biblioteconomia e Educação, sobre a atuação do bibliotecário como mediador de leitura, e as características desejáveis às bebetecas quanto ao espaço físico, acervo e equipe de atuação. Também buscou averiguar se a área da Biblioteconomia no Brasil tem desenvolvido trabalhos destinados a mediação de leitura na primeira infância com ênfase nas bebetecas. E para alcançar estes objetivos, realizaram-se buscas nas bases de dados BRAPCI, BDTD, LUME e CAPES a fim de encontrar produções científicas que se enquadrassem nos requisitos dos objetivos. Para análise, foi utilizado o método de análise de conteúdo de Moraes. Foram identificados artigos, teses e dissertações publicados entre os anos de 2008 e 2020, comprovando que a temática é recente. Também se verificou que há diferentes indicações para o funcionamento desses espaços no que se refere à estrutura física, pessoal e planejamento de atividades, sendo citado o bibliotecário junto com outros profissionais como elemento fundamental para o sucesso do trabalho. Contudo, constatou-se que, ainda são escassos os trabalhos na área de Biblioteconomia que abordam essa temática, sendo as produções mais abrangentes desta área as pesquisas dos seguintes autores: Senhorini e Bortolin (2008), Barros; Santos; Silva (2009), e Faria (2016). Dessa forma, conclui-se que é necessário mais investimento na área de biblioteconomia sobre essa temática uma vez que as bebetecas são um espaço inovador e ainda pouco desenvolvido no Brasil. Assim, almeja-se que o profissional bibliotecário seja visto como fundamental para equipe de atuação neste ambiente.

The research is a qualitative and quantitative bibliographic study which sought to analyze the productions, in the areas of Librarianship and Education, on the role of the librarian as a mediator of reading, and the desirable characteristics of drink shops as to physical space, and performance team. It also sought to ascertain whether the area of Library Science in Brazil has developed works aimed at mediation of reading in early childhood with an emphasis on bebetecas. And to achieve these objectives, searches were carried out in the BRAPCI, BDTD, LUME and CAPES databases in order to find scientific productions that fit the requirements of the objectives. For analysis, the Moraes content analysis method was used. Articles, theses and dissertations published between 2008 and 2020 were identified, proving that the theme is recent. It was also found that there are different indications for the functioning of these spaces with regard to physical structure, personnel and activity planning, with the librarian being cited together with other professionals as a fundamental element for the success of the work. However, it was found that there are still few works in the area of Librarianship that address this theme, with the most comprehensive productions in this area being the researches of the following authors: Senhorini and Bortolin (2008), Barros; Santos; Silva (2009), and Faria (2016). Thus, it is concluded that more investment in the area of librarianship is needed on this theme, since bebetecas are an innovative space and still little developed in Brazil. Thus, it is hoped that the professional librarian will be seen as fundamental for the performance team in this environment.
