A educação ambiental a partir de um olhar Freiriano.

Abstract

Este artigo é um recorte dos resultados de dissertação de mestrado, no qual foram analisadas propostas de Educação Ambiental para os Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, partindo de uma análise crítica de caráter exploratório, descritivo e qualitativo, baseado em Ludke e André (1986). A fundamentação teórica baseou-se no diálogo entre a educação problematizadora, concepção de Paulo Freire, que enfatiza, dentre outros fatores, o respeito que o educador deve ter pelo conhecimento que o educando traz para a escola, relacionando-o às concepções da Educação Ambiental de Isabel Cristina de Moura Carvalho, priorizando a problematização dos conhecimentos à partir da realidade imediata e questionando uma postura ética com o meio.

This article is anexcerpt of the results of master's degree dissertation where the proposed of Environmental Education was analyzed for the First Years of Elementary School starting from a critical analysis of exploratory, descriptive and qualitative approach based on Ludke and André (1986). The theoretical framework was based on the dialogue between the problem-based education, design of Paulo Freire, which emphasizes, among other factors the respect that the educator must have the knowledge that the student brings to school relating to the concepts of environmental education of Isabel Cristina Moura Carvalho, prioritizing the questioning of knowledge starting from the immediate reality, questioning an ethical posture with the middle.
