Abstract:
Diversos fatores perturbam o registro arqueológico, entre eles está a movimentação das massas de areia no sítio e o tráfego de pessoas e animais pela região. Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo auxiliar na compreensão da dinâmica dunar que influi na visibilidade dos vestígios arqueológicos do sítio RS - LC: 73 através da aplicação de ferramentas da Geodésia e da Topografia. Buscou-se identificar a relação existente
entre os padrões de intensidade e direção do vento durante o período de estudo e a movimentação das dunas que nos dias atuais compõem uma parte do sítio arqueológico. Desta forma possibilitou um maior entendimento sobre o comportamento do sítio e a realização de considerações dedutivas sobre seu
aspecto no futuro.
Several factors disturb the archaeological registry such as the movement of sand masses and the traffic of people and animals in the area. This research aims to assist about the comprehension of the dune dynamics impacts on the visibility of the archaeological marks of the site RS - LC: 73 through the application of Geodesy and Topography tools. measures and wind directions during the period of study and the movement of dunes that nowadays set up part of the archaeological site. Thus, it enabled wide understanding of the site behavior and the achievement of deductive considerations about its aspects in the future.
