Abstract:
Este artigo tem como foco identificar os avanços, desafios e potencialidades no campo
da educação jurídica brasileira. Para tal, realiza-se uma espécie de inventário intelectual das últimas produções acadêmicas deste marco, tentando problematizar, dentro desta diversidade de enfoques, os principais referenciais teóricos e metodológicos do GT Direito, Educação, Ensino e Metodologia Jurídicos do Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação em Direito (CONPEDI). É importante frisar que o estudo ora proposto se trata de um recorte de uma investigação mais ampla que objetiva mapear e discutir o campo da educação jurídica brasileira, tendo em conta as produções acadêmicas apresentadas e publicadas nos eventos promovidos pelo CONPEDI no período de 2004-2014. Estas pesquisas de abordagem preponderantemente qualitativa terão como cerne a análise dos temas, referenciais teórico-metodológicos e filiação acadêmica de seus autores, sinalizando caminhos para futuros estudos que possibilitem uma maior interlocução entre a produção da pós-graduação e a qualidade social do ensino do direito no Brasil.
This article aims to identify the advances, challenges and opportunities in the field of
Brazilian Legal education. To do this, there is the development of an intellectual
inventory of the latest academic productions of this mark, trying to discuss, within this
diversity of approaches, the main theoretical and methodological frameworks of the
work group Education, Teaching and Methodology of Law, in the National Research
Council of Postgraduate Law (CONPEDI). It's important to know how the study
presented here is a fragment of a larger investigation, aimed to map and discuss the field of Brazilian Legal education, taking into account the academic productions presented and published in events promoted by CONPEDI in the period of time between the years of 2004 to 2014. These researches, Mainly qualitative approach, will center around the analysis of themes, theoretical and methodological frameworks and academic affiliation of the authors, signaling pathways for future studies to promote a better dialogue between the social production and quality of postgraduate teaching of law in Brazil.
