Gestão do conhecimento: o caso do Centro Oftalmológico de Diagnose e Terapêutica

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar e discutir de que forma a gestão do conhecimento está sendo encaminhada em um Centro Oftalmológico de Diagnose e Terapêutica (CODT). Para tanto, utilizou-se o modelo de construção do conhecimento proposto por Nonaka e Takeuchi e a abordagem dos pilares de Probst et al. Realizou-se pesquisa descritiva, qualitativa, mediante entrevista e análise documental. Percebeu-se que a empresa se preocupa em fortalecer os pilares da criação do conhecimento organizacional, desde a promoção da socialização, como a edição de livro de oftalmologia geral e manutenção de Centro de Estudos em Oftalmologia para a educação continuada. Conclui-se que o CODT possui características culturas facilitadoras da gestão do conhecimento, porém, falta o empenho necessário para que a gestão do conhecimento seja implantada de fato.

The objective of this work is to argue of how the Knowledge management is being directed in the institution named Centro Oftalmológico de Diagnose e Terapêutica using the classic concepts of the knowledge management mainly the spiral proposal from Nonaka and Takeuchi and the pillars boarding from Probst et. al. About the applied methodology the study it was characterized about the ends as: qualitative, descriptive and applied. In relation to the classification about the ways it is considered: documentary, bibliographical and case study. CODT has interesting projects, the construction of a book of general ofthalmology and the creation and the maintenance of a Center of Studies in Ofthalmology. It still has the point of meeting between the collaborators and doctors where the socialization of the knowledge occurs very clearly. It is concluded from this diagnosis that CODT possesses strong elements that make the implantation of the knowledge management easier. The culture of the company is presented in favorable way, however, what is missing is the persistence necessary so that the knowledge management is implanted.
