Abstract:
Neste artigo nos propomos realizar uma “investigação arqueológica”, a
qual será possível a partir de duas situações pontuais em que a imprensa
negra emergiu: uma, como categoria que visa a aglutinar as experiências
dos jornais escritos por negros paulistas no trabalho pioneiro de Roger
Bastide; outra, como fonte de pesquisa sobre os jornalistas negros sul-rio-
grandenses na pesquisa de Fernando Henrique Cardoso.
This study is aimed at carrying out an “archaeological investigation”, made
possible from two situations in which the black press emerged: one as a
category that aims to bring together the experiences of newspapers written
by blacks from Sao Paulo, as the pioneering work of Roger Bastide;
another as a source of research on the black journalists in the State of Rio
Grande in the research of Fernando Henrique Cardoso.
