Esta pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa, está construída e organizada por meio de artigos que compõem os capítulos. Inicialmente investigamos as discussões da comunidade científica sobre o ensino de Física nos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental mediante a realização do Estado da Questão, além de problematizar o que a literatura tem abordado sobre o tema a partir de uma discussão teórica. Para a produção das informações, os participantes da pesquisa foram professores supervisores/preceptores do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) e do Programa de Residência Pedagógica (RP) da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (FURG), que lecionam no componente curricular de Ciências nos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental em escolas públicas do município de Rio Grande/RS. As informações obtidas mediante entrevistas semiestruturadas, foram analisadas através da metodologia da Análise Textual Discursiva, e a discussão dos resultados ocorreu através das seguintes categorias finais: Dos espaços aos territórios de formação em Física: a prática docente em Ciências no Ensino Fundamental; A Física no componente curricular de Ciências no Ensino Fundamental: a contextualização e a busca do disciplinar ao interdisciplinar. Concluímos que no ensino de conceitos físicos no componente curricular de Ciências, nos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental, se faz necessário investigar e revisitar a formação de professores, a qual, na perspectiva interdisciplinar, pode ser potencializada por meio de lugares de formação e pela atitude dos docentes envolvidos.The master's research aimed to investigate the teaching of physical concepts in the Science curricular component, in the final years of Elementary School, in the perception of teachers working in Basic Education. This research, of a qualitative nature, is constructed and organized through articles that make up the chapters. Initially, we investigated the discussions of the scientific community about the teaching of Physics in the final years of Elementary School through the realization of the State of the Question, in addition to problematizing what the literature has covered on the topic based on a theoretical discussion. For the production of information, the research participants were supervising professors/preceptors of the Institutional Program of Scholarships for Initiation to Teaching (PIBID) and the Pedagogical Residency Program (RP) of the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG), who teach in the Science curricular component in the final years of Elementary School in public schools in the city of Rio Grande/RS. The information obtained through semi-structured interviews was analyzed through the methodology of Discursive Textual Analysis, and the discussion of the results occurred through the following final categories: From the spaces to the territories of training in Physics: the teaching practice in Science in Elementary School; Physics in the curricular component of Science in Elementary School: the contextualization and the search from the disciplinary to the interdisciplinary.
