Abstract:
Neste artigo discutimos a proposta do Projeto Escola-Comunidade-Universidade: buscando metodologias educativas, interativas e interconectivas em uma visão sistêmica (Escuna) e focamos o olhar na dinâmica de gestão de uma escola participante deste projeto, a fim de compreender como o coletivo da instituição articula sua implementação. Optamos por realizar uma análise de conteúdo através de entrevistas abertas com integrantes da escola. As análises indicaram que as ações cooperativas propiciadas pela equipe gestora do Projeto são imprescindíveis, pois fazem a articulação necessária entre os diversos segmentos da comunidade escolar. Tais atitudes de cooperação possibilitam que a equipe gestora, junto aos professores, desenvolva o planejamento e a avaliação do processo educativo, o qual se constitui no cotidiano da escola, através das relações sócio-educativas produzidas e mantidas por seu coletivo.
In this paper, we have discussed the proposal of the University-School-Community Project (Escuna), i.e., the search for educational, interactive and interconnective methodologies in a systemic view, by focusing on the management dynamics developed in a school that takes part in this project. Thus, we can understand how this institution has implemented this project collectively. Discourse analysis was used to work on the interviews made with the staff. The analysis showed that the cooperative actions supported by the project managing team are fundamental, since they enable the articulation among different sectors in the school community. Such cooperative attitudes allow the managing team, along with the teachers, to develop education planning and evaluation, which become part of the school life through socio-educational relations established among all school members.
