Abstract:
Este trabalho descreve a ocorrência de fungos do gênero Gymnopilus Karst. em dunas.
As coletas foram realizadas durante o período de agosto a outubro de 2007, em um sistema de dunas frontais. Os materiais coletados foram levados para o laboratório onde se fez análise micro e macroscópica dos exemplares. A identificação obedeceu à literatura específica da área. Os exemplares coletados demonstram a primeira citação da ocorrência destes fungos nas dunas da Praia do Cassino, em Rio Grande-RS.
This work describes the occurrence of mushrooms of the genus Gymnopilus karst. in
dunes. The collecting was carried out from August to October 2007 in a system of frontal
dunes. The materials collected were taken to the laboratory, where the micro and macroscopic analyses of the strains were carried out. The identification followed the
specific literature of the area concerned. The strains collected demonstrate the first citation of these fungi in the dunes of the Cassino Beach, in Rio Grande-RS, Brazil.
