Abstract:
O presente trabalho discute a inserção da Educação Ambiental no âmbito jurídico. Para isso, recorremos historicamente à formulação social da consciência ambiental no cenário mundial que perpassa à questão ambiental no cenário brasileiro e seus desdobramentos sociais, indo ao encontro da interdisciplinaridade e suas implicações no que tange uma Educação Ambiental transversal, crítica e transformadora. Finalizamos nosso trabalho, apontando os elos que unem o Direito e Educação Ambiental na promoção da cidadania a partir do enfoque da sustentabilidade de maneira a firmarmos um posicionamento transformador pelo presente e pelo futuro, na dialética dos antagonismos que se fundem e confundem os saberes e os fazeres do Direito e da Educação Ambiental.
This paper discusses the inclusion of environmental education in the legal field. For that, historically appealed to the formulation of social environmental awareness on the world stage that runs to the environment within the Brazilian landscape and its social consequences, to meet the interdisciplinary and its implications regarding cross an environmental education, critical and transformative. We finished our work, pointing out the links that join the Environmental Law and Education in promoting citizenship from the focus of sustainability in order to position entering into a transformer for the present and future, in the dialectic of antagonism that fuse and confuse the knowledge and doings of Law and Environmental Education.
