Abstract:
O texto possui por objetivo promover a investigação da necessidade de ressignificação da identidade profissional dos docentes da Educação Profissional Técnica de Nível Médio - Forma Integrada, possibilitada pelo Decreto Nº 5154/04, bem como as possibilidades e potencialidades da construção de um organismo coletivo na perspectiva gramsciana que possibilite tal ressignificação, no sentido de que os professores venham a constituírem-se como intelectuais orgânicos vinculados a classe que vive do trabalho. A estratégia investigativa aconteceu em dois momentos: o primeiro com a realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas com um membro da diretoria de ensino, os supervisores pedagógicos, os coordenadores dos cursos técnicos integrados e, ainda, com os coordenadores das três subáreas que compõem a área da formação geral e o segundo teve como foco de análise os professores de dois cursos da mesma instituição.
The text intends to investigate the need for redefinition of the professional identity of teachers of the Professional Technical Education Middle Level - Form Integrated, made possible by Decree No. 5154/04 as well as the possibilities and potential of building a collective organism in Gramscian perspective that enables such redefinition, in the sense that teachers may be constituted as organic intellectuals linked to class work lives. The research strategy happened two stages: the first with conducting semi-structured interviews with a member of the board of education, educational supervisors and coordinators of integrated technical courses and also with the coordinators of the three sub-areas that comprise the area of &8203;&8203;training general and the second focused on the analysis of teacher’s two courses at the same institution.
