Abstract:
O presente trabalho monográfico tem como finalidade buscar um melhor entendimento sobre a forma que o assédio moral perpetrado pela via organizacional se materializa no ambiente de trabalho bancário, porque, onde e com quem ocorre como forma. Primeiramente, será analisada a evolução do trabalho através dos séculos, para melhor compreender as razões do surgimento do fenômeno do assédio moral. Na sequencia, buscar-se-á definir o que seria o assédio moral e suas características, para enfim abordarmos o tema assédio moral pela via organizacional. Em um segundo momento, será feita uma análise sobre a forma que o trabalhador bancário é acometido por este tipo de violência. Por fim, será feito uma pesquisa jurisprudencial no Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 4ª região sobre a temática, além de um levantamento da legislação pertinente.
The present monographic paper has as finality the search of a better understanding about the way that the moral harassment perpetuated by the organizational way materializes in the bank working environment, why, when and with who it occurs and how. First, it will be analyzed the evolution of the labour between the centuries, to better understand the reasons of the emergence of the moral harassment phenomenon. Following, it will seek to define what is moral harassment and its characteristics, to at last approach the theme organizational moral harassment. In a second stage, it will be done an analysis about the way the bank worker is affected by this kind of violence. Finally, it will be made a jurisprudence research in the 4th Regional Labor Court about the issue, in addition of a collection of data in the pertinent regulation.
