Abstract:
A corrida tecnológica foi uma das consequências positivas que sobreviveram às
guerras mundiais. Com isso surgiu a internet, uma rede de informações ilimitadas
em escala mundial e em velocidade instantânea. Porém, com isso surgiram novas
condutas nocivas à sociedade em geral. O cyberbullying surgiu com a expansão e
popularização desenfreada da internet, que consiste na intimidação, humilhação e
outras formas de degradação da integridade moral da vítima em grande escala
através do uso da internet. O presente trabalho tem como escopo avaliar o impacto
social que o cyberbullying trouxe à sociedade e avaliar o quanto a falta de
legislação penal específica sobre o tema prejudica o combate à conduta nociva.
One of the positive consequences wich survives the world wars was the race for
technology. With that emerges the internet, a highspeed , worldwide web trading
center of information, but it brings new forms of crimes to harm the society in general.
The cyberbullying born with the disoriented expansion of the internet, which consists
of intimidation, humiliation and other ways to harm the morality of their
victims in big scale through the use of the internet. This essay have as objective
analyze the social impact caused by cyberbullying, and how much the lack of specific
laws about the theme difficult the protection against aggressors.
