Abstract:
Este trabalho tem como o objetivo analisar os institutos da Arbitragem e
Mediação, bem como sua inserção, eficácia e aplicabilidade no âmbito da Justiça do
Trabalho brasileira. O método adotado para a elaboração do conteúdo foi a pesquisa
em obras relativas ao tema, artigos publicados em revistas eletrônicas, convenções
coletivas internacionais, legislação vigente, decisões de tribunais e notícias de
periódicos nacionais de grande circulação. O fim, dessa diversidade de material
coletado foi corroborar para um melhor entendimento sobre o tema e sua real
inserção na sociedade atual.
This work has as objective to analyze the institutes of Arbitration and
Mediation, as well as their integration, effectiveness and applicability in the context of
the Brazilian Labor Justice. The method adopted for the preparation of the content
was the research works related to the topic, published articles in electronic journals,
international collective agreements, current legislation, court decisions and news
from national newspapers of general circulation. The purpose of this diversity of
material was collected to corroborate a better understanding of the subject and its
actual introduction in today's society.
