Abstract:
O presente trabalho pretende investigar como a reestruturação produtiva do setor bancário e a implantação de novas formas de organização do trabalho bancário resulta na intensificação do trabalho neste setor e, logo, em um aumento no desenvolvimento de moléstias físicas e psíquicas de origem ocupacional. Para tanto, utilizamo-nos, basicamente, de revisão bibliográfica acerca do assunto, tendo sido utilizados autores da área do Direito e da Sociologia do Trabalho. Neste sentido, buscamos investigar o complexo de transformações que modificaram as condições de trabalho do setor bancário, principalmente a partir do processo de automação do setor bancário e da introdução de novas tecnologias informáticas a partir dos anos 1960-70, pautadas na aplicação do padrão produtivo de acumulação flexível. Com isso, pretende-se evidenciar mecanismos e instrumentos utilizados pelas organizações bancárias para fins de instituir uma série de artifícios que visam alcançar a máxima disciplina e eficácia do trabalhador, mediante a colaboração ou adesão do mesmo aos objetivos da empresa, através do que se convencionou chamar de "captura" da subjetividade do trabalhador. Logo, evidente que a introdução de novas formas de organização produtiva no interior do setor bancário com base na acumulação flexível do capital engendram formas sofisticadas de controle da força de trabalho, pois obrigam o trabalhador a perseguir a máxima produtividade enquanto que interiorizam, em cada um, a ideologia empresarial, principalmente quando aplicados os programas de "qualidade total" e remuneração variável por produção. Assim, tem-se que o processo epidêmico de adoecimento, tanto físico quanto psíquico, da categoria é consequência deste contexto de reestruturação produtiva e reorganização do trabalho bancário.
The present work intends to investigate how the productive restructuring of the banking sector and the implantation of new forms of organization of the banking work results in the intensification of the work in this sector and, consequently, an increase in the development of physical and psychical diseases of occupational origin. To do so, we used, basically, a bibliographic review about the subject, having been used authors of the area of Law and Sociology of Work. In this sense, we seek to investigate the complex of transformations that changed the working conditions of the banking sector, mainly from the automation process of the banking sector and the introduction of new computer technologies from the years 1960-70, based on the application of the productive standard of flexible accumulation. The aim is to show mechanisms and instruments used by banking organizations to establish a series of devices aimed at achieving maximum discipline and effectiveness of the worker, through collaboration or adherence to the objectives of the company, through which it was agreed To call the "capture" of worker subjectivity. Thus it is evident that the introduction of new forms of productive organization within the banking sector based on the flexible accumulation of capital engenders sophisticated forms of control of the labor force, for they compel the worker to pursue maximum productivity while internalizing in each worker the ideology of the business, especially when applied the programs of "total quality" and variable remuneration by production. Thus, the epidemic process of illness, both physical and psychic, of the category is a consequence of this context of productive restructuring and reorganization of banking work.
