Abstract:
A presente pesquisa tem como temas a educação ambiental e a agroecologia e foi construída com as (os) participantes do grupo de agroecologia Econorte do município de São José do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul (RS). O objetivo geral foi compreender como ocorrem as ações em educação ambiental entre as (os) participantes do grupo de agroecologia Econorte no município de São José do Norte (RS). Para essa investigação discutimos o contexto geral acerca da temática agroecologia e educação ambiental, buscamos compreender o contexto socioambiental em que o grupo Econorte está inserido e analisamos como ocorre a educação ambiental no processo de construção da agroecologia no e pelo grupo Econorte. Realizamos a pesquisa com uma abordagem qualitativa (FLICK, 2009), utilizando como métodos a observação participante nos espaços de comercialização e organização do grupo (BRANDÃO, 2007), entrevistas semiestruturadas com cinco participantes do grupo Econorte e um questionário com as (os) freguesas (es) da feira Econorte (FLICK, 2009). Os dados do campo foram interseccionados e discutidos a partir do campo teórico da agroecologia e da educação ambiental pelas (os) autores (as) Caporal e Costabeber (2004) e Caporal e Azevedo (2011), e Carvalho (2012) e Layrargues (2020), respectivamente. A partir da pesquisa percebemos que o grupo de agroecologia Econorte constrói ações em educação ambiental a partir de uma ideia de ambiente e vida saudável nas experiências de produção, organização e comercialização, que ocorrem entre o grupo, nas trocas entre produtoras (es) e fregueses, entre familiares, na participação política no município, na construção de movimentos ambientalistas e na relação da (o) sujeita (o) com a natureza, por meio de um olhar ecológico sobre o ambiente.
The present research has as themes environmental education and agroecology and was built with the participants of the Econorte agroecology group in the municipality of São José do Norte, Rio Grande do Sul (RS). The general objective was to understand how environmental education actions occur among the participants of the Econorte agroecology group in the municipality of São José do Norte (RS). For this investigation we discuss the general context about the theme agroecology and environmental education, we seek to understand the socio-environmental context in which the Econorte group is inserted and we analyze how environmental education occurs in the process of construction of agroecology in and by the Econorte group. We carried out the research with a qualitative approach (FLICK, 2009), using as methods the participant observation in the spaces of commercialization and organization of the group (BRANDÃO, 2007),semi-structured interviews with five participants of the Econorte group and a questionnaire with the customers of the Econorte fair (FLICK, 2009). The field data were intersected and discussed from the theoretical field of agroecology and environmental education by the authors Caporal and Costabeber (2004) and Caporal and Azevedo (2011), and Carvalho (2012) and Layrargues (2020), respectively. From the research, we realized that the agroecology group Econorte builds actions in education based on an idea of environment and healthy living in the experiences of production, organization and commercialization, which occur among the group, in the exchanges between producers and customers, between family members, in political participation in the municipality, in the construction of environmental movements and in the relationship of the subject with nature, through an ecological look at the environment.
