Nursing assistance systematization: nursing students’ opinion

Objective: to identify the nursing students’ opinion on Nursing Assistance Systematization. Methods: this is about a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research made with fifteen students. For collecting data there was a recorded semi-structured interview and for analysis, the themes came together. Results: eleven women and four men among 19 and 39 years old were interviewed. Nine of them had already taken the extracurricular stage, three of them took nursery technical course and four of them act in nursing. As for the theme: touch with Nursing Assistance Sitematization, the students showed the theory classes and practical activities, readings about the theme, and the participation in courses and events. Conclusion: regards to the feelings experienced in the Nursing Assistance Systematization application, we observed disappointments and frustration; difficulty to learn; disbelief to start practicing; satisfaction and credibility. We noticed that the students understood Nursing Assistance Sitematization as a tool the nurse will have to propose a better care giving importance.
