O presente artigo busca discutir os processos que envolvem o “lembrar” e “esquecer” representados na obra Maus: a história de um sobrevivente (2009). Dessa maneira, a partir da ficcionalização que se dá na margem entre literatura e história, questiona-se tais processos como perpassados pela contemporaneidade. The present paper aims to discuss the processes of “remembering” and “forgetting” in texts that happens on the border of literature and history in the book Maus: a história de um sobrevivente (2009), wondering about how these processes are surpassed by the contemporaneity. This paper is justified to contribute with the studies about borders in between history and literature, therefore, the real and the fictional.
