Abstract:
A partir da prosa de ficção do autor sul-rio-grandense Caio Fernando Abreu, o artigo analisa sua produção romanesca procurando destacar os processos introspectivos e imagéticos enquanto elementos condutores de um mecanismo de transformação e elevação dos sujeitos-personagens nas obras ficcionais que transcendem diversos tipos de fronteiras.
The essay analyses the novel production of the southern writer Caio Fernando Abreu. The analysis stresses the introspective and imagetic process as tools to achieve the transformation and elevation of the characters in Abreu’s fictional works, which transcend all kinds of borders.
