Abstract:
O presente trabalho relata e analisa a experiência da
aplicabilidade da metodologia da Educação Patrimonial com a Igreja
Nossa Senhora do Socorro em Tomar do Geru/SE (2006), enquanto
elemento cultural, com alunos e professores da oitava série da Escola
Agrícola “Dr. Albano Franco”. Para isso, utilizamos o potencial deste
bem cultural para demonstrar aos pesquisados-participantes, que a
valorização dos traços culturais locais é importante para a construção
da identidade. Contudo, a não apropriação consciente dos bens é fruto
da ausência de conhecimento crítico sobre sua realidade.
The present work tells and analyzes the experience of
the applicability of the methodology of the Patrimonial Education with
the Nossa Senhora do Socorro Church located in Tomar do Geru town
in the state of Sergipe (2006), while cultural element, with students
and teachers of Elementary School into 8th stage of the Agricultural
School called “Escola Agrícola Dr. Albano Franco”. For this, we use
the potential of the cultural assets to demonstrate to the searchers and
participants, that the valuation of the local cultural traits is important
for the construction of the identity of the community. However, the
non appropriation conscious of the goods is not resulted of the absence of critical knowledge on their reality.
