Abstract:
O presente estudo tem por objetivo apresentar um panorama quantitativo sobre
os estudos que compreendem o tema consumo sustentável e inovação em
nível mundial. O método utilizado foi a bibliometria. Os dados utilizados para
análise são oriundos das bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science, sendo os
primeiros artigos oriundos a partir do ano 2000, portanto compreendem um
período de 20 anos (2000-2019), onde foram analisados 308 artigos quanto à
evolução das pesquisas por ano, os países mais produtivos em nível mundial,
as instituições mais produtivas, o tipo de documentos publicados, as fontes de
publicação mais recorrentes, os autores mais produtivos; e os idiomas mais
utilizados nestas publicações. Constatou-se que a maior concentração de
estudos está no Reino Unido e os trabalhos mais citados sendo da Itália. Este
resultado pode estar atrelado à busca britânica por informações sobre consumo
sustentável e melhores práticas com resíduos e as preferencias italianas por
produtos com características mais orgânicas.
This study aims to present a quantitative overview of the studies that
comprehend the theme sustainable consumption and innovation worldwide. The
method used was bibliometrics. The data used for analysis come from the
Scopus and Web of Science databases, being the first articles from the year
2000 onwards, thus covering a period of 20 years (2000-2019), where 308
articles were analyzed for the evolution of the data, searches per year, the most
productive countries in the world, the most productive institutions, the type of 178
documents published, the most recurring sources of publication, the most
productive authors; and the most used languages in these publications. It was
found that the highest concentration of studies is in the United Kingdom and the
most cited works are from Italy. This result may be linked to the British search
for sustainable consumption information and waste best practices and Italian
preferences for products with more organic characteristics.
