Metodologia Científica nos cursos de Licenciatura em Ciências nas instituições de ensino federais gaúchas: uma análise das ementas disciplinares
Resumo
Tese foi apresentada ao Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação em Ciências: Química da Vida e Saúde, na linha de pesquisa Educação Científica: as Tecnologias Educativas no Processo de Aprendizagem. A metodologia científica também é considerada uma importante abordagem para a formação de docentes, a qual irá disseminar a educação por meio da pesquisa para o ensino básico. Com isso, a presente tese trata-se de uma pesquisa sobre a Metodologia Científica nos cursos de Licenciatura em Ciências. A pesquisa caracteriza-se pela aquisição da informação, a transformação em conhecimento, e posteriormente colocá-lo em prática por meio da produção acadêmica, tangibilizada em seminários, resumos, resenhas, artigos e outros vieses que surgem no decorrer do percurso acadêmico. Dessa forma, ao discutir, refletir sobre a temática é importar-se com o processo de produção do conhecimento e desenvolvimento dos alunos perante esse novo desafio. Para muitos uma pesquisa na internet configura-se como uma pesquisa de caráter científico, mas na verdade a pesquisa científica foge totalmente de algo simples e compacto. A partir do exposto, o presente estudo objetiva analisar a Metodologia Científica nos cursos de Licenciatura em Ciências das instituições federais gaúchas. É uma pesquisa documental com uma abordagem qualitativa. Como método de análise utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo e a bibliometria para dados quantitativos. Foi realizada uma busca nos sites das instituições e os dados coletados foram analisados. Com vistas a cumprir os objetivos propostos foram discutidos em três artigos. Inicialmente um dos pontos identificados foi um baixo número de publicações que refletem sobre a temática, indicando novos métodos para o ensino desse conteúdo dentro dos cursos de graduação. Na segunda análise identificou-se a falta de uma abordagem sobre os instrumentos digitais nas disciplinas avaliadas. E no último ciclo de investigações pode-se inferir que é necessário inserir nas ementas a abordagem quanto ao uso das tecnologias e ferramentas digitais para o auxílio da pesquisa científica, afim de contemplar os artifícios necessários para a formação do docente-pesquisador e estar em consonância com as mudanças nos processos de ensino-aprendizagem, na era digital. Sendo assim, como uma reação em cadeia, a metodologia cientifica aponta os caminhos e subsídios para a construção e formação do professor pesquisador com habilidades de busca e uso das ferramentas digitais. Posteriormente, poderá desenvolver tais habilidades também com seus discentes.
Thesis was presented to the Postgraduate Program in Science Education: Chemistry of Life and Health,in the research line of Scientific Education: Educational Technologies in the Learning Process. Scientific methodology is also considered in important approach to teacher education, which will disseminate education through research in basic education. Therefore, the present thesis is a research on Scientific Methodology in Science Teaching programs. The research is characterized by the acquisition of information, its transformation into knowledge, and subsequently putting it into practice through academic production, materialized in seminars, abstracts, reviews, articles, and other biases that arise throughout the academic journey. Thus, discussing and reflecting on the theme is caring about the knowledge production process and the students' development in the face of this new challenge. For many, internet research is considered scientific research, but in reality, scientific research goes far beyond something simple and compact. Based on the above, the present study aims to analyze Scientific Methodology in Science Teaching programs at federal institutions in Rio Grande do Sul. It is a documentary research with a qualitative approach. Content analysis and bibliometrics were used as methods of analysis for quantitative data. A search was conducted on the websites of the institutions, and the collected data were analyzed. In order to fulfill the proposed objectives, they were discussed in three articles. Initially, one of the identified points was a low number of publications that reflect on the theme, indicating new methods for teaching this content within undergraduate programs. From this, the second analysis identified a lack of approach to digital tools in the evaluated disciplines. In the last cycle of investigations, it can be inferred that it is necessary to include in the course descriptions an approach to the use of technologies and digital tools to aid in scientific research, in order to encompass the necessary resources for the formation of the teacher-researcher and be in line with changes in the teaching-learning processes in the digital age. Thus, in a chain reaction, scientific methodology points the way and provides support for the construction and formation of the research teacher with skills in searching for and using digital tools, who will then develop these skills with their students as well.
