A modernidade líquida e o borramento de fronteiras no campo das ciências

Abstract

O presente artigo traz como objetivo olhar para o tempo em que vivemos e as modificações que se instauram em nossas vidas frente a uma modernidade líquida. Para isso, aproxima-se especialmente de Zygmunt Bauman, sociólogo preocupado em estudar as transformações que nos constituem no século XXI. Delimitando o estudo, fazse uma olhada panorâmica para o campo das ciências e os borramentos de suas fronteiras diante dessa nova consistência moderna. Para essa empreitada, chama-se autores como Friedrich Nietzsche e Michel Foucault, na tentativa de olhar o campo de saber da ciência como um construto humano, que se produz diante de uma nova configuração. O desafio está em olharmos para ciência com alegria, incertezas e perplexidades, possibilitando aproximarmo-nos do convite de Nietzsche: a produção de uma gaia ciência.

The present article has the objective of looking at the time we live and the modifications that happen in our lives in face of liquid modernity. In order to do this, we get particularly close to Zygmunt Bauman, a sociologist that is worried about studying the transformations that compose us in the 21st Century. Delimitating the study, we make a panoramic view over the field of sciences and the blurrings of its borders in face of this new modern consistency. Authors such as Friedrich Nietzsche and Michel Foucault are called for this enterprise in an attempt of looking at the field of knowledge of sciences as a human construction which is produced in face of a new configuration. The challenge lies in looking at sciences with joy, uncertainties and perplexities, allowing us to get closer to Nietzsche’s invitation: the production of a science gaia.
