Proposta de ação cultural para as bibliotecas escolares: um estudo a apartir da visão das profissionais que atuam nas bibliotecas da rede estadual de ensino do município do Rio Grande, RS
Resumo
Entendendo ação cultural como ações que dinamizam a biblioteca, formando
indivíduos críticos, sendo eles os sujeitos da ação e não objetos. Este trabalho tem
como objetivo geral desenvolver uma proposta de ação cultural para as bibliotecas
escolares a partir da visão dos profissionais que atuam nas bibliotecas da rede
pública estadual do município do Rio Grande, RS. De natureza qualitativa, a
técnica de coleta de dados empregada é a pesquisa de campo. De caráter
exploratório, a mesma tem a entrevista como um dos instrumentos utilizados para a
coleta de dados e possui característica focalizada e semi-estruturadas. Constituemse
como público alvo desse trabalho as profissionais que atuam nas bibliotecas
escolares da rede estadual de ensino do município do Rio Grande, RS, sejam
bibliotecárias ou professoras. Embora essa rede seja composta por 31 escolas
estaduais, foram consideradas para a pesquisa somente 28 escolas, visto que
essas abrangem as modalidades de ensino fundamental e ensino médio
concomitante ou somente ensino fundamental. Destacaram-se três tipos de
escolas: aquelas em que a biblioteca está fechada, que são 3; aquelas em que a
biblioteca está aberta, e não desenvolvem atividades de ação cultural, e; aquelas
em que a biblioteca está aberta, desenvolvendo ação cultural. Desse modo foi
possível constatar que 3 bibliotecas escolares estão fechadas, 13 estão abertas,
mas não desenvolvem atividades de ação cultural e apenas 10 bibliotecas
escolares estão ativas, desenvolvendo ação cultural e nessas bibliotecas atuam
profissionais de diferentes áreas desenvolvendo atividades semelhantes o que
identificou como a ação cultural está sendo abordada.

This study aims to develop a proposal for a general cultural action for school libraries from the perspective of professionals working in the libraries of public schools in the city of Rio Grande, Brazil. Qualitative in nature, the data collection technique employed is the field research. Exploratory, it has the interview as one of the instruments used for data collection and has focused feature and semi-structured. Constitute themselves as the target of this work professionals working in school libraries of state schools in the city of Rio Grande, RS, are librarians or teachers. Although this network is composed of 31 state schools were considered for research only 28 schools, since these cover arrangements for elementary and high school concurrent or only primary education. The highlights were three types of schools: those in which the library is closed, which is 3; those in which the library is open, and do not develop activities of cultural action, and, those in which the library is open, developing cultural action. Thus it was established that three school libraries are closed, 13 are open but do not develop activities of cultural action and only 10 school libraries are active, developing cultural action and these libraries serve different areas of developing professional activities similar to that identified as cultural action is being addressed.
