Abstract:
O presente artigo tem por objetivo discutir o abuso sexual sob a égide de dois campos do conhecimento científico: o jurídico e o psicológico. Para tanto, partiu-se da premissa que o Abuso Sexual contra crianças e adolescentes é um crime perverso que pode afetar de forma significativa a vida e o desenvolvimento psicossocial de crianças, adolescentes e famílias. Além disso, se fez necessário refletir sobre o caminho após a denúncia que pode ser tão ou mais árduo que o precedente a ela. Ressalta-se a necessidade do conhecimento do tema pelos profissionais envolvidos e a prioridade no atendimento à vítima, questões primordiais para que o número de danos e traumas não seja ainda maior.
The present article aims to discuss sexual abuse under the scope of two areas of scientific knowledge: judicial and psychological. For such, we started from the point that children and adolescents Sexual Abuse is a perverse crime that can affect significantly the lives and the psychosocial development of children, adolescents and families. Beyond that, it was necessary to think over the way after the disclosure, which can be equally or more difficult than what precedes it.
