Abstract:
Neste texto, propomo-nos pensar a respeito de práticas de Conselhos de Classe como possibilidades de promover a educação continuada de professores. No momento em que ações pedagógicas são contadas e percepções a respeito do desenvolvimento dos (as) alunos (as) são salientadas, os professores anunciam suas concepções educacionais, expressam discursos a respeito do ensino e da aprendizagem e posicionam-se enquanto profissionais que se apresentam por meio de sua própria fala. Buscamos, aqui, a valorização de tais palavras como ponto de partida dos Conselhos de Classe, realizando, ainda, uma análise a respeito da tensão entre representação e alteridade no que diz respeito às idéias construídas a respeito de professores e estudantes.
In this text, our proposal is to think of Classroom Meetings as a possibility
of promoting a continued education for the teachers. From the moment pedagogy actions
are taken into account and perceptions in regards to the progress of the students are
addressed, the teachers debate the educational concepts, and present discourses as to teaching and learning methods. They represent themselves as professionals through the means of their own discussions. Hence, what we seek is the use of these discussions as the starting point for the Classroom Meetings, realizing an analysis in respect to the tension between representation and alterity as to the ideas that are built in relation to the teachers and students.
