Abstract:
A biblioteconomia está atualmente em profunda metamorfose, a prova disto é a
ligação que ela faz as demais outras áreas, em beneficio das necessidades da
sociedade. Novos campos surgiram bem como a possibilidade de interação com
outras áreas do conhecimento, proporcionando diferentes possibilidades de atuação
do profissional bibliotecário. E uma dessas áreas é do Direito com suas leis,
produzem uma leva informações que beneficiam toda uma sociedade. Á vista disso,
a presença do bibliotecário em instituições jurídicas tem se tornado essencial, pois
se utiliza das técnicas biblioteconômicas para organizar a informação jurídica e
disponibiliza-la de forma ágil. Nessa situação surge um novo ramo do saber a
“Biblioteconomia Jurídica”, pois, baseia-se numa interdisciplinaridade em que as
Ciências da informação e Documentação se articulam com as matérias jurídicas.
Este trabalho investigou os estudos acerca dos temas “biblioteconomia jurídica e
bibliotecário jurídico á partir dos periódicos científicos da área da Ciência da
Informação, entre os anos de 2012 e 2016. Entre os objetivos específicos se destaca
listar os periódicos eletrônicos nacionais da área da Ciência da Informação;
identificar os trabalhos com as palavras-chave sobre Biblioteconomia Jurídica e
Bibliotecário Jurídico. Usou-se como metodologia a revisão bibliográfica do tipo
exploratória, sob abordagem qualitativa. Foram pesquisados 15 periódicos, sendo
que em 8 recuperou-se 67 artigos. Para fins da presente pesquisa, 12 foram
relevantes. Entre os resultados, os temas abordados destacaram a organização da
informação e gestão do conhecimento, profissional capacitado para pesquisas em
fontes de informação jurídica, arquiteto da informação, mediador da informação,
presença da biblioteconomia jurídica nos escritórios de advocacia e nas bibliotecas
especializadas em Direito, dificuldades enfrentadas pelo bibliotecário jurídico em se
inserir no mercado de trabalho advocatício. Por meio deste estudo foi possível
conhecer novos campos de trabalho do Bibliotecário Jurídico, não restringindo
somente a bibliotecas especializadas na área de Direito, mas também estudiosos
das fontes jurídicas, a frente de estudos em usabilidade e arquitetura da informação,
editores, bibliotecários de escritórios de advocacia bem como de repartições
governamentais.
Librarianship is currently in deep metamorphosis, proof of this is the connection it
makes to other areas, to the benefit of society's needs. New fields emerged as well
as the possibility of interaction with other areas of knowledge, providing different
possibilities for the professional librarian. And one of these areas is the law with its
laws, produce a leads information that benefits an entire society. In view of this, the
presence of the librarian in legal institutions has become essential, since librarianship
techniques are used to organize legal information and make it available in an agile
way. In this situation arises a new branch of knowledge "Legal Librarianship",
because, it is based on an interdisciplinarity in which the Information Sciences and
Documentation are articulated with the legal matters. This work investigated the
studies on the topics "legal librarianship and legal librarianship from the scientific
journals in the area of Information Science, between the years of 2012 and 2016.
Among the specific objectives is to list the national electronic journals of the area of
Science of the Information; identify the works with the keywords on Legal
Librarianship and Legal Librarians. The bibliographic review of the exploratory type
was used as a methodology, under a qualitative approach. Fifteen papers were
searched, and in 8, 67 papers were retrieved. For the purposes of this research, 12
were relevant. Among the results, the topics covered included the organization of
information and knowledge management, professional trained for research in legal
information sources, information architect, information mediator, presence of legal
librarianship in law firms and specialized libraries in Law, difficulties faced by the
legal librarian in entering the labor market. Through this study it was possible to
discover new fields of work of the Legal Librarian, not restricted only to specialized
libraries in the area of Law, but also scholars of legal sources, ahead of studies in
usability and information architecture, editors, librarians of offices of advocacy as well
as government agencies.
