Abstract:
A presente pesquisa oferece uma análise do teor testemunhal dentro da narrativa Hospício é deus: diário I (1965), de autoria de Maura Lopes Cançado. O testemunho, conforme afirma João Camilo Penna (2003), traz essa narração que nos coloca frente a um corpo que está no encontro com o "real" (no sentido de trauma). Em se tratando de Cançado, este corpo é aquele enclausurado em um espaço total, o que gera um discurso impregnado de denúncias, adquirindo, muitas vezes, um teor coletivizado. Por abordar o trauma das violências sofridas, a narrativa traz a busca de dizer o que é "indizível", apresentando no campo da escrita estratégias linguísticas para se dizer aquilo que seria "inenarrável", ou como salienta Márcio Seligmann-Silva (2003), o "excesso de realidade" cria uma cisão entre linguagem e evento, muitas vezes tornando a enunciação um campo cheio de lacunas. Com este trabalho, intenta-se fazer com que a voz de Maura ecoe e nos coloque enquanto parte deste testemunho, para que não esqueçamos das violações que sofreu e busquemos que não sejam repetidas e legitimadas.
This research offers an analysis of the testimonial content within the narrative Hospício é deus: diário I (1965), by Maura Lopes Cançado. The testimony, according to João Camilo Penna (2003) involves a narration which puts us before a body that is in the encounter with the "real" (in the sense of trauma). In the case of Cançado, this body is the one enclosed in a total space, which results in a discourse impregnated with denunciations, often attaining a collectivized content. By addressing the trauma of the violence suffered, the narrative brings the quest to say what is "unspeakable", presenting in the field of writing linguistic strategies to say what would be "indescribable", or as Márcio Seligmann-Silva (2003) points out, the "excess of reality" creates a split between language and event, often making enunciation a field full of gaps. With this work, we try to make Mauras voice echo as well as we place us as part of this testimony, so that we do not forget the violations she has suffered and we ensure that they are not repeated and legitimized.
