Abstract:
O presente trabalho de pesquisa se insere no campo sócio ambiental, com a finalidade de investigar o contato do idoso com o ordenamento jurídico que lhe protege, bem como examinar o grau de importância atribuído, por estes, para sua inclusão social e melhoria da qualidade de vida, pontuando, acaso existente, os motivos que justificam a ausência de interesse no acesso de informação. O trabalho foi desenvolvido junto ao NUTI (Núcleo Universitário da Terceira Idade) da FURG, sendo a pesquisa alicerçada na Teoria Bioecológica do Desenvolvimento Humano, de Bronfenbrenner. Com o objetivo de aferir os pontos acima suscitados, apresenta-se uma visão panorâmica teórica, traçando aspectos históricos, doutrinários, conceituais e legais de idoso, velhice e envelhecimento, bem como a Teoria Bioecológica do Desenvolvimento Humano, de Urie Bronfenbrenner. Num segundo momento enfatiza-se a interligação idoso, direito e Educação Ambiental, salientando para as características norteadoras de formação da Educação Ambiental, as quais direcionam para estabelecer um novo cidadão. Na terceira etapa aborda-se o método investigativo aplicado, bem como os direcionamentos eleitos para coleta de dados. Abordado o método e procedida a coleta foi realizada à análise, e para o fechamento, com a formalização de indicações de pontos de reflexão e propostas de ação.
This work is part of research in the social environment, in order to investigate the contact of the elderly with the legal system which protects the participation in search of that knowledge, and examine the degree of importance ascribed by them, for social inclusion and improved quality of life, pointing out they existed, the reasons for lack of interest in access to information. The work was developed with the NUTI (University Center of the Third Age) in FURG, the search based on Theory of Human Development bioecological of Bronfenbrenner. Aiming to assess the points raised above, we present a theoretical overview, tracing historical, doctrinal, conceptual and legal for elderly, old age and aging, and the Human Development bioecological Theory of Urie Bronfenbrenner. Second emphasize the interconnection elderly, law and environmental education, highlighting the features for guiding the training of environmental education, which are directed to establish a new citizen. In the third stage, approach the research method applied and the direction chosen for data collection. Discussed the methods and procedures for collection, analysis and began to close, with the formal indications of points for discussion and proposed action.
