Abstract:
O presente artigo, tendo como foco de estudos a Supervisão Escolar, olha-a de uma forma diferente, trazendo para a discussão questões como a produtividade do trabalho docente, justificando a regulação do supervisor sobre os professores e a auto-regulação provocada nestes como a economia do poder disciplinar. Problematizando os conceitos de confissão e exame de si, apresenta alguns dos ditos recorrentes que são acolhidos e aceitos pela ordem do discurso educacional vigente. Trabalha ainda com o conceito de liberdade a partir de Michel Foucault, provocando nosso pensamento a entender a liberdade em sua relação direta com a regulação e o
disciplinamento de corpos. Entre liberdades e regulações, o poder disciplinar mostra seus efeitos, não só colocando os sujeitos sob visibilidade constante, como também submetendo-os à sujeição da disciplina.
This article has School Supervision as study focus and examines it in a different way, bringing into discussion issues such as teaching productivity, justifying the regulation of the supervisor over the
teachers and the self regulation provoked in them as the economy of the discipline power. By problematizing the concepts of confession and self exam, we present some of the recurrent dictum that are welcomed and accepted by the order of the valid educational discourse. It also works with
the Michael Foucault’s concept of liberty, provoking our thinking to understand liberty in its direct relation with regulation and discipline of the bodies. Between liberties and regulations, the disciplining power shows its effects, not only putting the subjects under constant visibility as also
submitting them to discipline subjection.
