Relação saúde/ambiente nos processos de formação do enfermeiro: um estudo nos conteúdos curriculares da graduação em Enfermagem.

Abstract

Na pesquisa realizada pode-se observar a enfermagem com possibilidade de permear o campo da educação ambiental por ser uma profissão voltada para a atuação na coletividade, que busca uma ampliação dos conhecimentos dos clientes sobre a sua condição de saúde e a da comunidade, através da participação social, da inter-relação com o meio no qual vive, das novas concepções de ensino-aprendizagem, da avaliação dos processos de trabalho e da articulação de conhecimentos, para que se torne possível uma visão holística do sujeito. Teve-se como tese que o discurso da relação saúde/ambiente na formação do enfermeiro é desenvolvido na interface dos princípios da educação por meio dos conteúdos curriculares que agregam os conhecimentos no campo da saúde coletiva, com base na perspectiva da integralidade no processo de ensino/aprendizagem e nos processos de trabalho da enfermagem. O objetivo geral buscou analisar como se constitui o discurso da relação entre saúde/ambiente nos processos de formação graduada na área de conhecimento de Enfermagem de Saúde Pública. Objetivos específicos: compreender como se constitui o discurso da relação saúde/ambiente na formação do enfermeiro no contexto da regionalidade; compreender como se constitui o discurso da relação saúde/ambiente na formação do enfermeiro a partir da natureza comunitária; compreender como se constitui o discurso da relação saúde/ambiente na formação do enfermeiro por meio da consciência. Estudo caracterizado como transversal com abordagem dialética marxista, a qual congrega uma análise qualitativa. Para seleção da amostra, identificou-se Universidades como instituições pluridisciplinares, públicas ou privadas, de formação de quadros profissionais de nível superior, que desenvolvessem atividades regulares de ensino, pesquisa e extensão, possuíssem o curso de graduação em enfermagem, regularizado/credenciado há pelo menos cinco anos e tivessem formado pelo menos uma turma de enfermagem, no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, que aceitassem participar, tendo-se então 7 universidades. A coleta de dados foi realizada a partir dos discursos presentes nos conteúdos de documentos institucionais. A técnica de análise do material coletado utilizada foi a Análise de Discurso (AD). Como resultados obteve-se que o discurso da relação saúde/ambiente na formação do enfermeiro é desenvolvido na interface dos processos educativos, por meio dos conteúdos curriculares que agregam os conhecimentos no campo da saúde coletiva. Foi possível identificar que a relação saúde/ambiente se dá por meio da educação em saúde, como instrumento de trabalho que possibilita uma aproximação com as comunidades, o que permite as transformações sociais esperadas com a formação do enfermeiro; e, a educação ambiental proporciona o direcionamento do conhecimento para essa transformação esperada. O campo da saúde coletiva beneficia esse discurso devido à proximidade com o trabalho comunitário, favorecendo assim a discussão da relação saúde/ambiente. Assim, como conhecimento multifacetado, a educação ambiental proporciona mudanças individuais e coletivas, locais e globais, portanto, comprometida com a transformação social, com a emancipação do sujeito, com vistas à formação para a cidadania, à medida que nos educamos, dialogando com nós mesmos, com a comunidade, com a humanidade, com os outros seres vivos, enfim, com o mundo, atuamos como um ser inserido na materialidade da sociedade.

In the present research it is possible to observe the penetrating possibility of Nursing regarding the Environmental Education fields whereas being this mentioned profession focused on collective actuation. And it seeks for an expansion of knowledge of its users concerning their health conditions as well as that from the community, by social participation, inter-relationship with the environment in which they live, new conceptions of teaching and learning, evaluation of work process and knowledge management; everything in order to achieve a holistic view of the subject. This study was undertaken as the thesis that the discourse of the relationship between health and environment in nursing education of the professional is developed at the interface of the principles of education through curricular contents that aggregate knowledge in the field of public health, based on the perspective of full-comprehensiveness of teaching and learning processes and as well as the work process in nursing. The fundamental objective was to examine how is formed the discourse of the relationship between health and environment in the processes of graduate training in the knowledge field of Public Health Nursing. Specific the following objectives: to understand what constitutes a discourse of the relationship between health and environment in nursing education in the context of a regionalism; to understand how it constitutes the discourse of the relationship between health and environment in nursing education from the community nature; to understand what constitute a discourse of the health and environment in nursing education through awareness. The study is a cross-sectional characterized one and taken in a Marxist dialectical approach, which gather a qualitative analysis. In order to select the sample, universities were identified as multidisciplinary, public or private, training of high level professionals who develop regular activities of teaching, research and extension, possess an undergraduate program in nursing, regularized / certified for at least five years and had formed at least one class of nursing in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, that agreed to participate and it, being then seven universities. Data collection was performed based on the present discourses in the contents of institutional documents. The technique of data analysis used was discourse analysis (DA). As a result it was found that the discourse of the relationship between health and environment in nursing education is developed at the interface of educational processes through the curricular contents that aggregate knowledge in the field of public health. Thus, it was possible to identify that the relationship between health and environment is made by health education, as a working tool that allows an approach with the communities, which allows the social changes expected with the training of nurses, and provides environmental education direction of expected knowledge for this transformation. The field of public health benefits that speech because of proximity to community work, thereby facilitating the discussion of the relationship between health and environment. Then, as a multifaceted knowledge, environmental education provides individual and collective changes, local and global, consequently so committed to social change, with the emancipation of the subject, in order to promote the citizenship formation, as that we educate ourselves, talking to ourselves, with the community, with humanity, with other living beings, finally, with the world, we act as one to be inserted into the external society.
