Abstract:
Esta pesquisação, desenvolvida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação Ambiental da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande, pretende discutir a Educação Ambiental, a Educação Libertária e a Agroecologia, a partir da experiência com o projeto de extensão "Vivências com a terra", na Escola Municipal Zelly Pereira Esmeraldo, na cidade de Rio Grande, durante os anos de 2011 e 2012. O problema motivador da pesquisa é o de compreender as possibilidades e de que maneiras a Educação Ambiental crítica, aliada à Educação Libertária, pode intervir e transformar problemáticas locais específicas através da prática agroecológica, isto é, através da construção e manutenção de uma horta ecológica escolar. Neste sentido, a pesquisação justifica-se pelo esforço em aplicar as metodologias discutidas no desenvolvimento da horta ecológica, despertando através de sua investigação os desafios, problemas e soluções percebidos. Para tanto, acompanhou-se o projeto de extensão "Vivências com a terra", registrando-se seu cotidiano através de relatos e fotos, analisados e problematizados neste trabalho. Como fruto deste olhar crítico, constrói-se uma articulação das experiências práticas vividas e seus resultados percebidos, com uma dimensão teóricoprática mais ampla, esboçando, assim, um projeto de transformação social que tem como ferramentas a educação ambiental, a educação libertária, a agroecologia, a busca da autonomia e da autogestão.
This action research, developed in the Post-Graduate Program in Environmental Education, in the Federal University of Rio Grande, discusses the Environmental Education, Libertarian Education and Agroecology, from experience with the extension project "Living with the earth", in the Municipal School Zelly Pereira Esmeraldo, in the city of Rio Grande, during the years 2011 and 2012. The problem motivating the research is to understand the possibilities and the ways in which critical Environmental Education, allied with Libertarian Education, may intervene and transform specific local problems through agroecological practice, that is, by constructing and maintaining an ecological vegetable garden in the school. In this sense, the action research is justified by the effort to apply the methodologies discussed in the development of ecological vegetable garden, raising his investigation through the challenges, problems and solutions perceived. To do so, was accompanied the extension project "Living with the Earth", recording their daily lives through accounts and photos, analyzed and problematized in this work. As a result of this critical, builds a articulation of lived experiences and their perceived results, with a theoretical and practical dimension wider, outlining a project of social transformation that has as tools a environmental education, libertarian education, agroecology, the quest for autonomy and self-management.
