Abstract:
A crise ecológica está posta e com ela o desafio de compreendê-la, para reforçá-la ou superá-la, num cenário de conflitos teóricos e práticos, num materialismo histórico e ecológico, no qual o Direito Ambiental (DA) e a Educação Ambiental (EA) instrumentalizam essa disputa de poder na sociedade, que sintetiza um Pensamento Verde hegemônico, dito antropocêntrico, onde a natureza humana é exterior e superior a natureza não humana, atribuindo a essa última valor predominantemente econômico. A materialidade econômica, em geral, ameaça os metabolismos naturais planetários, tendo em vista a crença e a perseguição ao crescimento sem limite, o que tem levado a deteriorização da Natureza e a inequidade social, onde os elememtos naturais beneficiam uma elite plenatária. Como contraponto à visão antropocêntrica de Natureza, se projeta o não antropocentrismo, moldado por diversas correntes, visando libertar, de toda e qualquer dominação, a Natureza humana e não humana, pois coloca a vida no centro das considerações, apesar da sua crescente instrumentalização e mercantilização. A partir de uma análise descritiva e qualitativa de documentos da ONU, das leis ambientais e documentos nacionais voltados ao DA e a EA, a presente pesquisa procurou desvelar conexões entre o antropocentrismo e a Crise Ecológica, problematizando aspectos de sua manutenção ou superação, abordadas de forma crítica e considerando as contradições inerentes ao Pensamento Verde. A crise ecológica, ao cabo, é reproduzida quando supostas ações de enfrentamento acabam por se dar sob a influência de tais documentos e normas, cujo conteudo é majoritariamente antropocêntrico, ainda que por vezes contraditórios, contendo, assim, a potência de enfrentar a crise e de uma práxis reconstrutora do mundo, se não livre, permanentemente combativa à opressão da Natureza humana sobre si mesma e sobre a Natureza não humana, para uma nova tutela da Terra e da vida em geral.
The ecological crisis is placed and with it the challenge to understand it, to strengthen it or overcome it, a scenario of conflict theory and practice, an ecological and historical materialism, in which the Environmental Law (EL) and Environmental Education (EE) instrumentalize this power struggle in society, which synthesizes a hegemonic Thinking Green, said anthropocentric, according to which human nature is exterior and superior to non-human nature, attributing to the latter predominantly economic value. Materiality economy in general threatens the natural planetary metabolism, in view of the belief and
pursuit of growth without limit, which has led to deterioration of nature and social inequity, where the natural benefit an elite elememtos plenatária. As a counterpoint to the anthropocentric view of nature, if not anthropocentric designs, shaped by diverse currents in order to free from any domination, human and nonhuman nature, because it puts their lives at the center of considerations, despite its growing instrumentalization and commodification. From a qualitative descriptive analysis and UN documents, and documents of national environmental laws focused on the EL and EE, present research
sought to uncover connections between anthropocentrism and the Ecological Crisis and questioning of its maintenance or improvement, addressed critically and considering the inherent contradictions of Thinking Green. The ecological crisis, the cable is played when the alleged actions to fight to end up under the influence of such documents and standards, whose content is largely anthropocentric, though sometimes contradictory, containing thus the power to face the crisis and a reconstructive practice in the world, if not free, constantly fighting the oppression of human nature about herself and about human nature does not, a new umbrella of the Earth and life in general.
