Abstract:
A questão de pesquisa deste trabalho consistiu na investigação do conceito de natureza, sua evolução, nas cartas, artigos e textos teóricos do marxista italiano Antonio Gramsci. O estudo objetiva incluir Gramsci no roteiro das futuras pesquisas no campo da Educação Ambiental, contribuindo teoricamente para com o PPGEA. Utilizou-se a revisão bibliográfica como método de pesquisa e descrição das fontes primárias. Para contextualizar o estudo de Gramsci no campo da Educação Ambiental, analisou-se a concepção de Educação Ambiental Transformadora e o conceito de natureza nas perspectivas dos principais teóricos do liberalismo e do marxismo. A pesquisa buscou apresentar uma visão não-dogmática do marxismo gramsciano, abarcando os conceitos de liberdade, história, dialética, sociedade civil e política. O conceito de natureza em Gramsci atravessou grandes transformações epistemológicas e políticas, passando por uma visão liberal e idealista durante a juventude, sob influência de Benedetto Croce, até a aproximação com o marxismo na maturidade. Entre os anos 1932 e 1933, o conceito de natureza atinge o conteúdo dialético mais avançado, completando a depuração dos elementos idealistas. As considerações contidas neste estudo admitem incluir Gramsci no grupo dos autores clássicos que devem ser consultados como base para os estudos sócio-ambientais.
The question of research of this work consisted of the inquiry of the nature concept, its evolution, in the letters, articles and theoretical texts of the Italian marxist Antonio Gramsci. The objective study to include Gramsci in the script of the future research in the field of the Ambient Education, contributing theoretically with the PPGEA. It was used bibliographical revision as method of research and description
of the primary sources. To contextualizar the study of Gramsci in the field of the Ambient Education, it was analyzed conception of Transforming Ambient Education and the concept of nature in the perspectives of the main theoreticians of liberalism and the marxism. The research searched to present the no-dogmatic vision of the gramscian marxism, accumulating of stocks the concepts of freedom, history, dialectic, civil society and politics. The concept of nature in Gramsci crossed great epistemologics transformations and politics, passing for a liberal and idealistic vision during youth, under influence of Benedetto Croce, until the approach with the marxism in the maturity. Between years 1932 and 1933, the nature concept reaches the more advanced dialetic content, completing the purification of the idealistic elements. The considerations contained in this study admit to include Gramsci in the group of the classic authors who must be consulted as base for the socie-ambient studies.
