Abstract:
Esta dissertação fundamenta-se na análise textual e bibliográfica de autores que abordam temas pungentes à realização desta construção literária, como, por exemplo, a Educação Ambiental, como base deste século XXI em que a sociedade está engajada com preocupações atinentes ao meio e seus recursos, direcionando ações à sustentabilidade. Fundamenta-se, igualmente, em outros temas, como o desenvolvimento sustentável, as políticas públicas e o arcabouço legislativo oriundo do Estado, no qual se elegeu pesquisar sobre a Política Nacional de Educação Ambiental. Parte-se, portanto, de uma pesquisa interpretativa, cujos dados de estudo são obras que se concatenam com os temas apresentados, tendo como “pano de fundo” a Constituição Federal de 1988; em especial, seu artigo 225, cujo tema é o meio ambiente e a responsabilidade social de cada um para mantê-lo justo e equilibrado. Este embate fortalece a figura do Estado, que age e mobiliza a sociedade através de suas políticas públicas, entendidas como ações do governo com o fito de gerir a sociedade política e economicamente organizada; utilizando seus atores políticos para implementarem políticas públicas. Portanto, infere-se captar das obras atuais a essência do pensamento oriundo desta crise sistêmica que é a sustentabilidade como saída à desestruturante crise socioambiental.
This thesis is based on the analysis of textual and bibliographic authors that address issues haunting the realization of this construction literary, as, for example, Environmental Education, as the basis of the 21st Century in which the company is engaged with concerns relating to the environment and its resources, directing actions toward sustainability. It is based, also, in other themes, such as sustainable development and public policies and the legislative framework from the State, in which we chose search on National Policy on Environmental Education. It is, therefore, of an interpretative research, in which the data of this study are the works that concatenam with the themes presented, having as a "background" to the Federal Constitution of 1988; in particular, its article 225, whose theme is the environment and the social responsibility of each one to keep it fair and balanced. This clash strengthens the figure of the State, which acts and mobilize society through its public policies, understood as actions of the government with the aim of managing the society politically and economically organized; using their political actors to implement public policies. Therefore, it is evident from capture of early works the essence of thought come from this systemic crisis which is the sustainability as exit the opinion environmental crisis.
