Abstract:
Inovadora experiência, situada no âmbito do Direito e da Educação Ambiental, originou este projeto que buscou revelar como a proposta pedagógica do Curso de Extensão, organizada pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação Ambiental da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande, em parceria com o Ministério Público Federal, vem se constituindo em uma alternativa propositiva para o cumprimento das obrigações atribuídas a infratores ambientais beneficiários da Transação Penal. A avaliação dessa alternativa legal e de elevado potencial ressocializador foi concretizada a partir de indicadores estabelecidos para esse fim, a par da análise de textos referenciais e de dados/informações colhidos em questionários, entrevistas, registros diversos. Privilegiou-se a análise textual discursiva, o que permitiu organizar o corpus teórico da investigação. Em decorrência, foram elaborados metatextos e argumentos que demonstraram a validade do Curso de Educação Ambiental, versões 2010 e 2011, como alternativa de grande importância para o cumprimento do objetivo a que se destinava. A proposta, nos anos de 2010 e 2011, foi aprimorada em relação aos anos anteriores, considerando-se os indicadores de avaliação propostos pelo Ministério da Educação. O trabalho investigativo caracterizou-se como pesquisa-ação e contou com a efetiva presença da pesquisadora na realização do Curso em pauta, desde o planejamento da proposta educativa até o desenvolvimento dos módulos curriculares. Recomenda-se, como indicativo básico, a realização de novas edições do Curso como alternativa para o cumprimento das obrigações atribuídas aos infratores ambientais.
An innovative experience, regarding Law and Environmental Education, originated this project that sought to reveal how the pedagogical proposal of the extension course, organized by the post graduation program in environmental education of the Federal University of Rio Grande, in partnership with the Federal Prosecutor's Office, has been seen as a propositional alternative for environmental violators receiving Criminal Transaction to fulfill their obligations. The evaluation of this legal alternative and its high resocializing potential was set from an index which was established for this purpose, together with the analysis of referential texts and the review of data/information collected in surveys, interviews and miscellaneous records. A discursive textual analysis was taken into consideration which allowed the researcher to organize the theoretical corpus of the study. As a result metatexts and arguments were prepared. These materials demonstrated the validity of the Environmental Education Course, versions 2010 and 2011, as an alternative of great importance to the fulfillment of the purpose that was intended. In the years of 2010 and 2011 the proposal has been improved when compared to previous years, considering the assessment indicators proposed by the Department of Education. The investigative work was characterized as action-research and relied on the effective presence of the researcher at the completion of the Course, from the planning of the educational proposal to the development of the curriculum modules. It is recommended as fundamental indicative the realization of new editions of the Course as an alternative to the obligations attributed to environmental violators.
