Síntese de heteroarilacetatos com potencial atividade herbicida e estudos preliminares de docking
Resumo
O presente trabalho apresenta o estudo de uma nova linha de pesquisa voltada para a aplicação de derivados de biomassa, ácido itacônico, ácido 2-hidroxi-2-fenilacético e ácido 4-oxo-4-fenilbutanóico para obtenção de sistemas heterocíclicos e poli-heterocílclicos nitrogenados, 2-(7-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetra-hidrotetrazol [1,5-a] pirimidin-6-il)ácido acético(1a); 2-(7-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetra-hidrotetrazol [1,5-a] pirimidin-6-il) acetato de metila (1b); ácido 2-(((1H-tetrazol-5-il) amino) metil) succínico(1c); (1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-il) (fenil) metanol (2c); (Z) -5,5,5-trifluoro-3-(metoxi (fenil) metileno) -4-oxopentanoato de metila (3b); 2-(3-fenil-5-(trifluorometil) -1H-pirazol-4-il) acetato de metila (3c); 2-(3-fenil-5-(trifluorometil) -1H-pirazol-4-il) aceto-hidrazida (3d); 2 -((3-fenil-5-(trifluorometil) -1H-pirazol-4-il) metil) -1,3,4-oxadiazol (3e), bem como o seu estudo estrutural sistemático dos compostos obtidos via RMN multinuclear, CG-MS-MS e análises necessárias para identificação e comprovação dos novos compostos obtidos, analise teórica das interações entre alguns aminoácidos da proteína ABP1 (auxin binding protein 1) com os compostos sintetizados e a comparação com o herbicida usado comercialmente, ácido 2,4-diclorofenoxiacético (2,4D), através da técnica de “Docking”usando o software ArgusLab 4.0.1de interações moleculares, realização de testes para avaliação da atividade dos compostos sintetizados na inibição da germinação de sementes do padrão para testes de germinação, Lactuca sativa.
This work presents the study of a new line of research focused on the application of biomass derivatives, itaconic acid, 2-hydroxy-2-phenylacetic acid and 4-oxo-4-phenylbutanoic acid to obtain heterocyclic and polyheterocyclic systems nitrogenous, 2-(7-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrotetrazole [1,5-a]pyrimidin-6-yl)acetic acid (1a); methyl 2-(7-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrotetrazole [1,5-a]pyrimidin-6-yl) acetate (1b); 2-(((1H-tetrazol-5-yl)amino)methyl)succinic acid (1c); (1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)(phenyl)methanol (2c); methyl (Z)-5,5,5-trifluoro-3-(methoxy(phenyl)methylene)-4-oxopentanoate (3b); methyl 2-(3-phenyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl) acetate (3c); 2-(3-phenyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)acetohydrazide(3d); 2 -((3-phenyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)methyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole (3e), as well as its systematic structural study of the compounds obtained via multinuclear NMR, CG-MS-MS and analyzes necessary to identify and prove the new compounds obtained, theoretical analysis of the interactions between some amino acids of the ABP1 protein (auxin binding protein 1) with the synthesized compounds and comparison with the commercially used herbicide, acid 2 ,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4D), through the "Docking" technique using the ArgusLab 4.0.1 molecular interactions software, carrying out tests to evaluate the activity of the synthesized compounds in inhibiting the germination of standard seeds for germination tests , Lactuca sativa.
