Democracia e arquitetura do poder na política nacional de Educação Ambiental

Abstract

O presente artigo discute de que forma se apresenta a distribuição do poder na implementação da Política Nacional de Educação Ambiental (PNEA), segundo a Lei Federal nº 9.795/99 e seu Decreto de Regulamentação nº 4.281/02; e analisa os desafios presentes para a construção de um sistema nacional de gestão políticoinstitucional democrático da PNEA.This paper examines power distribution in the implementation of the National Policy on Environmental Education (PNEA), according to Federal Act no. 9,795/99 and its Decree no. 4,281/02. It also analyzes the challenges faced with the construction of a national system for the democratic political-institutional management of the PNEA.
