Abstract:
O artigo trata da vinculação entre a pesquisa de doutoramento e os textos trabalhados na disciplina de Estudos Avançados em Educação Ambiental do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação Ambiental da Fundação Universidade Federal do Rio Grande. É trabalhado, em primeiro plano, o entrelaçamento entre a sentença judicial, o juiz e a Educação Ambiental, de modo a observar a importante consciência ambiental do julgador como agente de transformação social. Em seguida se discorre sobre a metodologia da análise das sentenças, percorrendo os caminhos da hermenêutica e da análise textual como ferramentas escolhidas que melhor se adaptam à verificação do conteúdo dos atos decisórios. Por último, concebe-se a articulação de dois textos de publicação internacional e os aspectos da pesquisa de doutoramento. Considerando, por derradeiro, os resultados da enriquecedora articulação estabelecida.
This paper deals with the link between the doctoral research and the texts worked in the Advanced Studies in Environmental Education subject of the Environmental Education Postgraduation Program at Federal University of Rio Grande, RS, Brazil. It works, firstly, the interlacement between the judicial sentence, the judge and the Environmental Education, as a way of observing the important environmental conscience of the judge as an agent of social transformation. Following it discourses on the methodology of the analysis of the sentences, covering the ways of the hermeneutics and the textual analysis as chosen tools which adapts better to the verification of the content of deciding acts. Finally, there is the articulation of two international publication texts and the aspects of the doctoral research, considering, at the end, the results of the important established joint.
