Abstract:
O ensino jurídico no Brasil está passando por mudanças, porém se os professores não estiverem preparados para lidar com elas de forma pró-ativa ingressaremos em uma crise didático-pedagógica sem precedentes. Os recursos utilizados em outros tempos não mais
correspondem às realidades postas pela utilização da informática e da internet. Assim o estudo das constantes modificações que recentemente abordaram nos Cursos de Direito nesta última década se faz imperativo, pois somente com isso será possível adequar o papel de facilitador que o professor deve incorporar. Nesta senda, utilizar os recursos e ferramentas digitais, como a plataforma Moodle, seja como auxílio ao ensino presencial ou em disciplinas à distância são condutas indispensáveis ao novo profissional do ensino do direito.
The legal education in Brazil is going through changes, but if teachers are not prepared to deal with them proactively we will enter into a didactic-pedagogical crisis without precedent. The resources used in
earlier times no longer correspond to the realities posed by the use of computers and the internet. Thus the study of the constant changes that have recently addressed in Law Courses in the last decade makes it imperative, for only thus will it be possible to adapt the role of facilitator, the teacher should incorporate. In this vein, use resources and digital tools such as moodle platform, either as adjuncts to classroom teaching or distance learning courses are necessary to conduct new professional teaching of law.
