Abstract:
O presente artigo irá tratar, especificamente, sobre a violência conjugal contra a mulher, praticada por marido ou companheiro, abordando algumas teorias acerca da violência contra as mulheres,
entendimentos sobre o instituto da representação como “empoderamento” das mulheres e, ao final, uma reflexão acerca de alternativas para a resolução do conflito evitando a recorrência ao Sistema Penal.
This paper is a study, specifically, about the conjugal violence against women, practiced by husband or partner, approaching some theories concerning the violence against women, some agreements about the institute of the representation as “empowerment” of the women and, at last, a reflection concerning alternatives for the resolution of the conflict avoiding the Criminal System.
