Abstract:
O presente buscou demonstrar no que constitui o acolhimento institucional, seja ele na visão de medida protetiva ou como afronta ao princípio da proteção integral da criança e do adolescente, além de suas mudanças históricas e paradigmáticas. Foram problematizadas as tentativas de reinserção ao núcleo familiar originário das crianças e adolescentes acolhidos, e, quando do seu fracasso, quais as soluções possíveis. A pesquisa desenvolveu, ainda, o atual conceito de família e como se dão as relações interpessoais entre seus componentes. O afeto, as ligações sanguíneas e as diferentes vivências foram o alvo do projeto.
This study attempted to show in what foster institution itself means, in its protective characteristic or as an offence to the principle of full protection of the children and teenagers, and its historical and paradigm changes. The efforts to reintegrate children and teenagers to their nuclear families were put in doubt, and, when the trials failed, what solutions could’ve been used in such cases. This research elucidated, still, the present concept of family and how their interpersonal relationship works. Affection, relationship by blood and different living experiences was the purpose of this project.
