Abstract:
O presente trabalho, intitulado ―O Recurso de Agravo de Instrumento e suas Reformas no Novo Código de Processo Civil‖, tem por objetivo principal analisar as mudanças sofridas pelo recurso do agravo no novo Código de Processo Civil. Partindo da análise detalhada deste recurso no Código de Processo de 1973 e na atual legislação, buscou-se verificar a eficácia dessas alterações e se realmente contribuíram para redução do tempo de duração do processo. Esta monografia estuda os recursos, em especial o do agravo. O método utilizado foi a pesquisa bibliográfica e a análise jurisprudencial. Este trabalho é destinado à conclusão do curso de Direito da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande.
This work is entitled ―Interlocutory Appeal and its reforms in the New Code of Civil Procedure‖ and the main proposal is to analyze the changes in the Interlocutory Appeal in the New Code of Civil. The Appeal in the Civil Procedure Code from 1973 and in the current statutory law was thoroughly analyzed; as see whether these changes were effective or no to reduce the time of the process. Also in this monograph was studied the reforms of appeal and its new system. The methods used in these work were the literature research and jurisprudential analysis. This work is a part of a requirement to obtain the bachelor’s degree at the Law School of Federal University of Rio Grande.
