Abstract:
La revolución tecnológica es una realidad y probablemente un
número importante de autoridades y ciudadanos, no nos damos
cuenta de ese gran transformación, no la aplicamos o la
aplicamos a medias; por ejemplo hace menos de 30 años, no se
hablaba de Internet; ahora se usa para la salud, la educación; el
derecho, la economía, las finanzas, la arquitectura, ingeniería,
para el comercio en el acceso a bienes y servicios; en fin para la
mayoría de actividades humanas; con garantías de seguridad,
privacidad y rapidez. Cada vez menos se necesita mano de obra,
y cada vez más conocimientos e información. En este marco el
teletrabajo es una oportunidad y alternativa laboral, que reviste
importancia.
