Movimentos sociais agrários: etiquetamento, outsiders e criminalização

Abstract

A presente monografia realiza um estudo dialético-hermenêutico sobre o tema, tem como objetivo apresentar um olhar sobre a criminalização dos movimentos sociais agrários à luz da teoria do etiquetamento social. Para tanto, busca-se inicialmente contextualizar temporal e espacialmente a luta através de uma breve explanação sobre o direito à propriedade e o papel exercido pelo movimento na busca da efetivação desse direito. Ademais, demonstra-se como se dá o processo de criminalização a partir da teoria do etiquetamento social, enfatizando o papel dos meios de controle social formal e informal. Por fim, realiza-se breve análise da posição do judiciário frente aos conflitos e da luta pelo reconhecimento constitucional travada pelos trabalhadores rurais.

The present monograph conducts a dialectical-hermeneutic study on the subject, aims to present a review on the criminalization of agrarian social movements in the light of the theory of social tagging. Initially, looking to this end, we seek to contextualize temporally and spatially the fight through a brief explanation of the right of property and the role played by the movement in the pursuit of enforcement of this right. Furthermore, we demonstrate how is the process of criminalization from the theory of social tagging, emphasizing the role of the means of formal and informal social control. Finally, we make brief analysis of the position of the judiciary in front of the conflicts and the fight for constitutional recognition promoted by rural workers.
