A penosidade do trabalho bancário: sofrimento invisível na sociedade contemporânea

Abstract

A presente pesquisa irá abordar o agente nocivo da Penosidade no ambiente de trabalho bancário após o mesmo ser reestruturado, bem como, como ele se apresenta, se caracteriza e influencia no cotidiano dos bancários. Destarte, a problemática da não regulamentação do adicional penosidade, visto que a Constituição Federal em seu dispositivo no art. 7, XXIII, aduz o tema, mas não há legislação infraconstitucional que lhe dê a devida aplicação. Além disso, pesquisas bibliográficas e analise de pesquisa de campo que argumentaram sobre o sofrimento invisível do trabalhador bancário na contemporaneidade e as consequências negativas que abarcam a vida pessoal e profissional do trabalhador no setor bancário.
