Abstract:
A presente dissertação apresenta como temática “a ocupação das ruas pelos skatistas street de
Rio Grande”, e se debruça, inicialmente, à questão: “Como é possível que a ocupação das ruas
pelos skatistas street constitua-se um problema na atualidade e as pistas de skate a principal
solução?”. Essa problematização inicial se produziu com base numa série de registros
diversos (matérias de jornal, palpitações nas redes sociais, audiências, projetos de lei,
acontecimentos, entre outros) que vinham demonstrando linhas de forças na direção de
regular as condutas flutuantes dos skatistas de rua, através da figura das pistas de skate.
Inspirada num referencial teórico-metodológico da cartografia, especialmente, a
experimentada por Gilles Deleuze, Félix Guattari, Michel Foucault, Sueli Rolnik, Virgínia
Kastrup e colaboradores, passo a investigar esboços da emergência da cidade enquanto espaço
de segurança e alvo de mecanismos de poder, bem como, da prática do skate de rua, enquanto
geradora de determinados tensionamentos sociais e de processos de subjetivação. Num
segundo momento, experimento um deslocamento da questão, visando investigar
possibilidades de linhas de fuga e de resistência a essa trama de forças, sob a questão: “Como
é possível não desocupar as ruas?”. Aqui, passo a compor um portfólio de registros de fontes
diversas, chamado “Diário de Rua”, por um período de em média seis meses (janeiro a julho
de 2015). Com base nesses dados, foram criadas três linhas de análise, intituladas “Cenas
Urbanas”. Na primeira, procurei demonstrar “Modos de conduzir-se com o espaço”,
identificando um mapa fixo e estriado de picos de skate e de ocupação das ruas, bem como,
experimento analisar uma tendência identitária e conflitual nas práticas dos skatistas, em que
a cultura visual assume protagonismo na produção de sentidos e funciona numa trama de
disputas pela verdade maior do skate. Na segunda cena, analiso “Modos de conduzir-se com o
esporte”, em que esboço vetores de um modelo esportivo e empresarial sobre os skatistas,
bem como, traços de um desejo de pista, produzido pela posição de amadores no cenário
competitivo. Na terceira cena, intitulada “Modos de “correr pelo certo””, passo a analisar
traços de uma articulação entre as práticas dos skatistas e as normas sociais moralmente
reconhecidas como “do bem”. Para isso, estabelecem relações com os idosos, com as crianças,
com as escolas, com a sustentabilidade, com a cidadania, com as mulheres, agenciando uma
conexão otimista com as normas que, historicamente, incidem de forma a regular as
ocupações das ruas e as condutas rebeldes. Por fim, intitulado de “O primado das linhas de
fuga: modos de borrar um território existencial”, detenho-me a produzir alguns agenciamentos
acerca das possibilidades de resistência às cartografias construídas, marcadamente
interpeladas por processos normalizadores. A relação com o PPG e com a linha de pesquisa
“Implicações das práticas científicas na constituição dos sujeitos” se dá na medida em que os
processos de subjetivação contemporâneos que incidem sobre os skatistas e demais grupos
sociais estabelecem uma relação com o saber e com a verdade e que, fortemente sustentados
na ciência, seja aquela produzida nos meios acadêmicos, seja sua disseminação nos discursos
sobre esporte, cidade, segurança, etc, acabam produzindo modos de conduzir o outro e a nós
mesmos como viventes contemporâneos e sujeitos da educação.
This thesis has as it themes “the occupation of the streets for the skaters street of Rio Grande,
and focuses, initially, on the question: “How it is possible that the occupation of the streets by
the skaters street constitutes a problem today and the skate lane main solution?” This initial
questioning is produced based on a number of different records (newspaper articles,
palpitations in social network, hearings, bills, events, among others) wich had shown power
lines in the direction of regulating the floating pipelines of street skaters, through the figure of
skate lane. Inspired by a theoretical-methodological referential of the cartography, mainly, the
experienced by Gilles Deleuze, Félix Guattari, Michael Foucault, Sueli Rolnik, Vírginia
Kastrup and employees, step to investigate sketches of the emergency of the city while
security space and target of engine power as well as the street skating practice, while as a
generator certain social tensions and the processes of subjectivity. In a second step, experiment
a shift in the question, in order of investigate possibilities of escape’s lines and of resistance for
this weft of forces, under the question: “How it’s possible not vacate the streets?” Here, step
composing a portfolio of records from various sources, called “Street’s Diary”, for a period of
six months on average ( January to July of 2015). Based on those informations, were created
three analysis lines, entitled “Urban Scenes”. At first I tried to show “Ways to drive yourself
with the space”, identifying a fixed and striated map of skate peaks and of the occupation of the
streets, as well as I experiment analyze a identity trend and conflictual in the practices of the
skateboarders, in which visual culture takes leadership in the production of the senses and
works in a web of disputes over the greater truth of the skate. In the second scene, I analyze
“Ways to conduct yourself with the sport”, where I outline vectors from a sports and business
model about the skateboarders , as well as, traces of a runaway’s desire, produced by amateurs’
position in the competitive scenario. In the third scene, entitled “Ways of running ‘by the
right’”, I step to analyze traces of a connection between skateboarder’s practices and the social
norms morally recognized as “of well”. For this, establish relations with the elderly, with the
children, with the schools, with the sustainability, with the citizenship, with the women, touting
an optimistic connection with the rules that, historically, focus in order to regulate the
occupations of the streets and the rebel behavior. Lastly, entitled of “The primacy of the lines
of escape: ways to blur an existential territory” detain myself to produce some assemblages
about the possibilities of resistance to cartography built, markedly challenged by normalizing
process. The comparison with the PPG and with the research line “ Implications of scientific
practices constituting the individual” occurs in that the processes of subjectivity contemporary
that focus on the skateboarders and other social groups establish a relationship with the
knowledge and with the truth that, strongly sustained in science, be that produced in academic
circles, be its spread in the speeches about sport, city, security, etc end up producing ways to
drive the other and ourselves as contemporary living and individual of education.
