Abstract:
O presente trabalho esteve centrado em conhecer como os grupos de estudos e pesquisas, que integram professores universitários, professores da educação básica e acadêmicos dos cursos de licenciatura, pelo conviver espontâneo, se constituem enquanto espaços ativos que possibilitam o acontecimento da experiência e a transformação do sujeito. A investigação ocorreu com os coordenadores dos grupos que pertencem a Universidade Federal do Pampa, através de um convite. Aceitaram participar do estudo 4 coordenadores que narraram suas experiências nesses grupos de formação evidenciando a singularidade e a recursividade que permeiam cada grupo, a aproximação com as escolas da rede de ensino, as experiência de leitura e escrita através da linguagem e a legitimação do líder, do outro e as relações desse emocionar com o planejamento das atividades. Os autores que embasaram a pesquisa foram Maturana, Varela, Larrosa, Tardif, Shulman, Bauman, através dos conceitos cultura, legitimação, experiência, saberes docentes, conhecimentos do professor e volatilidade. A investigação narrativa foi a escolha metodológica, a qual foi orientada pelo objetivo do estudo visando compreender como os grupos se mantêm ativos e integram professores universitários, professores da educação básica e acadêmicos em formação inicial, pelo conviver espontâneo. Os coordenadores contaram ações inusitadas, irrepetíveis que foram tratadas como oportunidade para pensar outros modos de propor a formação de professores. A análise mostrou os limites que se apresentam nesses espaços de formações e as possibilidades como abertura para o acontecimento da experiência, em que os professores das escolas e acadêmicos participam sem convocação e obrigatoriedade, e sim, pelo conviver espontâneo. A investigação mostrou que os grupos aderem à linha da reflexão, compreendida como possibilidade de desencadear ações entre a escola e a universidade, pelo viés do acolhimento, integração, colaboração e atividades que visam compartilhar saberes, tendo o remodelamento e a inovação das práticas como dispositivos para produzir outros sentidos no ensino e construir formas de proliferar teorias e práticas para a educação contemporânea, potencializadas pelas ações de extensão e pesquisa que esses grupos desenvolvem. A partir da experiência vivida e das explicações científicas geradas pelas ações de escrever e refletir, defende-se a tese de que "Grupos de estudos e pesquisas que se constituem a partir de projetos de trabalho adequados à realidade, ao contexto da comunidade e acolhem pelo diálogo, respeito e legitimação seus integrantes, mantêm-se ativos por definirem uma cultura de auto formação".
This work was aimed at getting to know how study and research groups, that integrate university professors, basic education teachers and undergraduate students by spontaneous living together, constitute themselves as active spaces which enable experiences and personal changes to happen. The research was realized by invitation with study groups coordinators that are part of the Universidade Federal do Pampa. 4 coordinators accepted the invitation and narrate their experiences in these training groups eliciting the singularity and recursion that permeates each group, the approach to the schools of the teaching network, their writing and reading experiences through language and the legitimation of the leader, of the others and the relations of these emotions to the planning of the activities. The authors who supported the research were Maturana, Varela, Larrosa, Tardif, Shulman and Bauman through the concepts of culture, legitimation, experience, teaching knowledge, teacher skills and volatility. Narrative investigation was the methodological choice, oriented by this study objective, trying to comprehend how these groups remain active and integrate university professors, basic school teachers and teacher training students by spontaneous living together. The coordinators reported unrepeatable unusual actions that were treated as an opportunity to think about other ways of proposing the teacher training activities. The analysis showed the limits present in these training spaces and the possibilities of having experiences in which teachers and undergraduate students participate not by any call or obligatoriness but by spontaneous living together. The analyzed study and research groups open space to collaborative actions through teaching, research and extension, by the language that reassures the spontaneous living together and the constitution of groups that keep itselves active by welcoming, integrating, sharing, and producing other scientific knowledge, by the experience, which is singular, and in the collective living together that happens in each training space. From the narratives of the participants it is possible to know the experiences that generate potentialities in teacher training, change the people involved in it and constitute these groups as active spaces of spontaneous living together by the way they legitimate and welcome its participants. The research showed that the groups join this line of thought, which is understood as a possibility of initiating actions between the school and the university, through the tendency of the reception, integration, collaboration and activities that aim to share knowledge, having the remodeling and innovation of practices as devices to produce other meanings in teaching and build ways to proliferate theories and practices for contemporary education, strengthened by the extension and research activities that these groups develop. Based on the experiences lived and the scientific explanations generated by the actions of writing and reflecting, we defend the thesis that "Groups of studies and research which are based on work projects that are appropriate to the reality and the context of the community and welcome people by the dialogue, respect and legitimacy of its members, remain active by defining a culture of self-formation".
